All AAHS adoptions are located at our Adoption Outreach Center at Pet Supplies "Plus" in the Alps Village Shopping Center. Intakes are by appointment only at our main shelter.

The AAHS is your resource for all things animal in Athens. The shelter takes in homeless cats and small animals and can help owners pay for spay/neuter surgeries. We also hold monthly Pet Care Clinics offering affordable pet services like rabies vaccines and flea treatments, and have a large database for lost and found pets.
