These are animals from the Carroll County shelter or other homeless animals that have been rescued by CCHS, given the appropriate vaccines and tests, and have been spayed or neutered. To view the CCHS foster animals that are available for adoption, click on "Adopt a Foster Animal" at the CCHS website .The Carroll County Humane Society foster program requires that families or individuals that adopt our animals agree to certain guidelines for the care and treatment of the animals.
